As of now, we're fully staffed and not actively looking to bring on any new employees or subcontractors. However, as our work load fluctuates, so does our demand for people who can help us fulfill our mission of spreading efficiency through technology.

To facilitate our continued growth, we're always interested in receiving resumes and portfolios from fantastic developers, analysts and project managers. To make the cut, you've generally got to be pretty darn good at one of the following skillsets. Of course, we love package deals and it's a huge plus if you're a master of more than just one group.

• Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Data Mining & Querying; Proficiency in free-form SQL a must.
  • Trend Analysis.
  • Report Generation & Automation.
  • A masterful knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel and MS Access.
  • Advanced ability using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) a must.
  • Database Administration and Optimization a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence and data warehousing a strong plus.
• Project Management
  • An expert in requirements gathering.
  • True understanding and translation of business processes and requirements into technical documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, without pulling your hair out.
  • Ability to speak layman to business groups, and binary to techies.
  • Strong understanding of both business and technical operations.
  • We don't care if you use Micorosft Project, but you need to be able to produce informative timelines, schedules and documentation.
  • Don't have your PMP Certification? We don't care. It's far more important that you have proven experience and understanding of project management techniques than a piece of paper stating that you're a PMP.
• Web Development
  • We don't prescribe to one language or platform; We always look to use the best configuration & language for the customer job at hand.
  • At a minimum you must be extremely proficient in HTML, CSS and Javascript. To clarify, you should be able to create a fully-featured web application using nothing more than TextPad and your imagination.
  • You should be proficient in one (or more) scripting languages as well -- such as PHP, Java, Perl, ASP or Python
  • Experience creating, deploying and interfacing with databases in MySql, Sql Server and the like a must.
  • Experience creating cross-browser compatible web applications a must -- even making them look pretty in IE6 (believe us, some customers still use it).
  • Experience in both developing and interfacing with web services (REST, SOAP, etc).
  • Proficiency in modern front-end design techniques (i.e. AJAX) & frameworks (i.e. jQuery) a strong plus.
  • Experience in modern day frameworks -- such as CakePHP, DJango, Ruby on Rails and the like -- a strong plus.
  • Graphic design experience a huge plus. Not just the ability to use Photoshop, but having a good eye for quality designs that will wow our customers.
• Application Development
  • At a minimum, you should have proven experience and proficiency in scalable web-based and/or non web-based application development.
  • If you've got experience in web-based application development, you should meet all the requirements in the 'Web Development' section above. Moreover, you should have experience buidling multi-tiered, scalable web applications which can handle enterprise deployment.
  • For non web-based application development, you should have a strong background in one (or more) of the following: Java, .NET, C/C++, Objective-C, VBA or Visual Basic.
  • iOS and Android mobile application development experience a plus.
  • Experience setting up, configuring and administering LAMP environments is smiled upon.
  • Experience in deploying enterprise applications onto various platforms (Unix, Windows Server, Linux) a huge plus.
